The hotel was close to bars, allowing for a fun night out without any noisy disturbances. it was just a short walk to the Christmas markets, providing a festive atmosphere. Despite a few hiccups, our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. We were initially given the wrong room, but the staff quickly rectified the mistake and we were pleased with the room we were moved to. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The housekeepers were friendly and helpful during our stay. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms for 4 persons were incredibly spacious and clean, making our stay very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the old part of town and close to everything. We were able to easily explore this city and its attractions, thanks to the convenient underground station nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing a fast check-in process and offering assistance whenever needed. The breakfast provided was also impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Can't fault anything about it.

Great location near Christmas market, shopping street, and river. Plenty of nearby dining options. Convenient paid parking available. Quiet rooms on 4th floor for families with kids. Clean and basic with good breakfast options.
